- Three garlic heads
- Soy Sauce
- 2 TB maple syrup
- Harissa sauce (or any hot sauce)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- Smoked Paprika
- Sesame seeds
- 3 TB veggie broth
Cut the tempeh in squares, add the garlics, vegetable broth, smoked paprika and rice vinegar in a bowl. Leave it for a couple of hours.
Mix Soy Sauce, maple syrup, harissa sayce, smoked Paprika, corn starch and the sesame oil
- After marinating, place olive oil in a pan and sear the tempeh 3-5 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Pass the sauce on it
- Put in the pan again, just for a few seconds.
- Add the sesame seeds and scallions.
- Eat 😃
